Improved Access

Extended Access

We offer extra appointments to make it easier for you to see a clinician when you need to.

  • Saturday Appointments: Available on alternate Saturdays, from 09:00 to 12:00 noon.

  • Early Morning and Evening Appointments: You may also book an appointment before or after usual hours, depending on availability.

How to Book:

  • All these appointments must be booked in advance. Please ask about early or late options when you contact us.

Important Information:

  • During these times, the Health Centre doors will only open for patients with booked appointments.

  • If you need urgent care while we are closed, please contact NHS 111 for help.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If late, you may need to reschedule, except in medical emergencies.

Types of Appointments

Same Day or Next Day Appointments

  • If urgent, our Health Navigators will assess your needs and arrange a suitable appointment.

Routine Appointments

  • For non-urgent issues, appointments may be scheduled up to four weeks ahead.

Telephone Consultations

  • Many issues can be resolved without a face-to-face visit. Speak to a clinician from the comfort of your home.

Home Visits

  • For patients who cannot attend the surgery due to medical reasons.
  • Request a visit by callingbefore 10:00 AM.
  • Provide details to help us prioritise your visit.
