Practice Manager
Hayley, our Practice Manager, oversees every aspect of the practice to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently. She supports both patients and staff with her leadership and dedication, helping to deliver the high-quality healthcare our community deserves.
Claudia Filipe
Operations Manager
Claudia leads both Operations and the Admin Team, ensuring smooth processes and efficient support across the practice. She is dedicated to maintaining a well-organised and effective service for both patients and staff. As a Portuguese speaker, Claudia also helps us better support our diverse community where need.

Operations Manager / Reception Team Leader
Kerry leads both the operations and reception teams, ensuring patients have a smooth and welcoming experience from start to finish. She is committed to maintaining an efficient and friendly service for both patients and staff.
