Join Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) – Your Voice Matters
We want to hear from you! The PPG is a group of patients who meet regularly to share their experiences, ideas, and feedback about the services we provide. Together, we can make a real difference in how we support our diverse patient community.
Why Join the PPG?
We’re striving to build a group of 20 active members who reflect the diversity of our patient population. To make sure everyone’s voice is heard, we’re especially keen to welcome younger members and patients from underrepresented communities, including Asian Indian and Black African backgrounds.
Your insights are invaluable in helping us understand challenges, improve services, and create a more inclusive practice for everyone.
What Does the PPG Do?
- Provide Feedback: Share your experiences and help us improve how we care for our patients.
- Represent Your Community: Be the voice for others who may face similar challenges, helping us understand the needs of different age groups, cultures, and backgrounds.
- Collaborate with Staff: Meet with our Practice Manager and Lead GP to ensure your concerns and ideas are heard.
How the PPG Works
- Meet Twice a Year: Meetings are just one hour and focus on reviewing patient feedback, setting priorities, and creating an action plan for the year ahead.
- Shape Key Decisions: Help us decide where to focus our efforts and communicate updates back to the wider patient community.
